Mindfulish is an ongoing membership for the folks who don’t fit the “wellness” mold—and don’t want to.
It’s for the tender punks, the fierce feelers, the messy mystics, the neurodivergent organizers, the burnt-out-but-still-burning-bright.
It’s for you—if you’re craving community, craving rest, and craving something real.

In this space, we practice mindfulness without the performance.
We meditate without the bullshit.
We gather monthly to unclench, to breathe, to connect, and to remember that even in chaos, we can still make room for care.

This is for the ones who:

  • Are exhausted by hustle culture and “healing as aesthetic”

  • Want to feel less alone in their activism, artistry, and emotional landscape

  • Are figuring it out as they go, but still want to move with intention

  • Don’t want to be “fixed”—just seen, held, and invited deeper
