About Vee
Victoria (Vee, she/they) is a Philly-born, Asian American dharma teacher, handpoked tattoo artist, and lifelong meditator with over 17 years of dedicated spiritual practice. Fierce, funny, and deeply compassionate, Vee is devoted to liberating mindfulness from the clutches of toxic wellness culture and returning it to its roots: community care, personal sovereignty, and collective liberation.
With a background in both Buddhist tradition and secular mindfulness, Vee brings a rare mix of depth and accessibility to their teaching. They are a certified meditation teacher for both adults and teens (via Dharma Moon and Inward Bound), a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, and a psychedelic harm reduction specialist through the Zendo Project. Vee’s spiritual roots are grounded in the Thai Forest tradition, and their work blends ancient wisdom with modern social consciousness.
Vee has shared mindfulness with incarcerated youth, taught meditation to children in Haiti, and offered refuge to marginalized communities through free and low-cost teaching and mutual aid—all supported in part by their tattoo practice.
Their tattoos are not just art; they are extensions of their spiritual path. Each handpoked piece draws from their Asian American lineage, weaving together floral, ornamental blackwork and Thai mystic symbolism. Tattooing, for Vee, is both a sacred offering and a vehicle for funding the mutual aid and justice work that fuels their heart.
A passionate advocate for decolonizing wellness, Vee teaches with the belief that rest is radical, healing is collective, and mindfulness should feel like home—not performance. When not guiding meditation, they can be found cooking for community dinners, organizing with fellow weirdos, or vibing to R&B and mystical esoterica.
